Installation Notes
The BMXCPS4022 must be installed in the leftmost dedicated CPS slot of any Modicon X80 rack. It is compatible with all X80 backplanes and can be used in main or remote racks. For redundancy, two modules can be installed in parallel. Wiring must follow Schneider Electric’s grounding and shielding guidelines. The RESET push-button enables cold restart. Maximum cable distance between devices is 10–15 meters depending on connection type. Installation and maintenance should only be performed by qualified personnel.
