The facility uses Agentic AI to identify real-time skill gaps within the production line. This technology automatically assigns relevant training modules to workers exactly when they need them. Moreover, the company implemented a "pay-for-skills" career path. As a result, 56% of employees have successfully upskilled, and workforce readiness has surged to 76%.

Generative AI Reduces Turnover and Boosts Efficiency

Generative AI now assists maintenance teams by guiding them through complex repairs on control systems and PLC hardware. This digital assistance pairs junior technicians with virtual or human mentors. Consequently, turnover dropped from 48% to just 6%. By automating repetitive administrative tasks, the factory allows engineers to focus on high-impact optimizations.
